Ingredients
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Pineapple - ½ piece
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend two bananas and half a peeled pineapple with the core removed, adding freshly squeezed carrot juice.
Step 2
Place everything in a blender, add the avocado for creaminess, the juice of half a lemon (reserve the juice of the other half in case you need to adjust the balance of sour and sweet), and the key ingredient. If you don't have it, you can skip it!
Step 3
A tablespoon of lucuma powder (read the note for what this is — it gives a unique vanilla-like flavor and vibrant orange color).
Step 4
Blend everything at maximum speed for 5 minutes and serve.
