Ingredients
- Tofu - 15.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tofu into cubes. Dip first in flour, then in salt.
Step 2
Pour oil into a skillet, add the tofu, and fry until golden brown. Place on a paper towel.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from the orange into the skillet where the tofu was fried. Cook until it thickens.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Place the tofu on a baking sheet, drizzle with the sauce. Optionally, sprinkle with sugar on top. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
