Oven-Dried Cherry Tomatoes with Herbs
Ingredients
- Marinated cherries - 10.6 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Dried Chamomile - 1 tablespoon
- Dried Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 5 pieces
- Ocean salt - to taste

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Brush with olive oil.
Step 4
Arrange tightly on parchment paper.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 212°F. Cook with the lid slightly open for 2.5 hours, checking occasionally for doneness.

Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 7
Add the garlic to a jar.
Step 8
Add the cumin.
Step 9
Pour in the unrefined oil.

Next, add the oregano.

Add the marjoram.

Mix thoroughly.

Chop the chili pepper coarsely. Do not remove the seeds.

Add part of the pepper to the oil.

Once the tomatoes are ready, turn off the oven and let the tomatoes cool to room temperature.

Place some of the tomatoes in the oil.

Add more marjoram and oregano.

Top up with unrefined oil.
