Ingredients

  • Shimeji mushrooms - 9.2 oz
  • Porcini Mushrooms - 9.2 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 9.2 oz
  • Fresh Rose Hips - 2 stems
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Olive Oil - ½ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 500°F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the chopped mushrooms, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and olive oil.

Step 3

Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 4
