Oyster Mushroom Tartare
Ingredients
- Oyster Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
- Onion - ½ piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Brie cheese - 3.5 oz
- Coconut Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Do the same with the onion.
Step 3
Cut the brie cheese into small pieces.
Step 4
Place the finely chopped mushrooms in the heated oil in a pan. Add salt and pepper. Stir.
Step 5
After 3–4 minutes, add the garlic. Stir and reduce the heat.
Step 6
After 1–2 minutes, add the mayonnaise. Stir.
Step 7
After 2 minutes, add the coconut cream.
Step 8
After another 1–2 minutes, add the cheese.
Step 9
Cover with a lid.
Step 10
After about 3 minutes, when the cheese has melted well, stir and transfer the mixture into a baking ring. If you don't have a ring, you can make one from available materials, such as cutting it from a bottle.
Step 11
Place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, then remove the ring and serve, garnished with a sprig of herbs.
