Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the oyster mushrooms and boil them, sauté finely chopped onion and grated carrot.
Step 2
Mix the boiled oyster mushrooms with the onion and carrot and sauté for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
