- Shallot - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ piece
- Chives - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Fresh Oysters - 12 pieces

Step 1
Finely chop the shallot. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it finely. Mix with the shallot and chili. Let it marinate.
Step 2
Clean the shells. Open the oysters.
