Description

  • Fresh Oysters - 12 pieces
  • Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
  • Lime - 3 pieces
  • Fish Oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Cilantro - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the opened oysters on a plate with ice or coarse sea salt.

Step 2

Mix the ginger, zest and juice of two limes, fish sauce, chopped cilantro, and sugar. Pour a small amount of the sauce into each oyster. Serve with lime wedges.
