- Carrot - 2.8 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Lemongrass - 1.1 oz
- Allspice berries - 5 pieces
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
- Chili Flakes - to taste

Cut the hen in half.
