Ingredients
- Halloumi Cheese - 5 oz
- Garlic - 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0 oz
- Marinated cherries - 0 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Fresh Rose Hips - 2 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the spinach coarsely.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the tomatoes in olive oil over high heat for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Then reduce the heat to medium and add the spinach. Season with salt.
Step 5
After 2 minutes, add the coarsely chopped garlic. Stir. After another 2 minutes, remove from heat.
Step 6
Slice the cheese into 6–7 mm thick slices.
Step 7
Place it on a greased grill pan, add rosemary.
Step 8
Season with salt. Fry over slightly above medium heat.
Step 9
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over.
Step 10
After 3–5 minutes, transfer to a plate, add sauce, and serve.
