  • Halloumi Cheese - 5 oz
  • Garlic - 0 oz
  • Fresh basil leaves - 0 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 0 oz
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Fresh Rose Hips - 2 sprigs

Chop the spinach coarsely.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces.

Sauté the tomatoes in olive oil over high heat for 2 minutes.

Then reduce the heat to medium and add the spinach. Season with salt.
