Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Kefir - 7 fl oz
  • Corn Starch - 1.4 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 4.4 oz
  • Onion - 1.1 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 1½ teaspoons
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 1½ teaspoons
  • 10% cream - 0 fl oz

Pour kefir into a deep bowl and add the eggs.

Add cornstarch.

Season with salt to taste.

Whisk the mixture with a mixer.
