Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 1.4 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Pickled Chanterelles - 4.4 oz
- Onion - 1.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1½ teaspoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1½ teaspoons
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour kefir into a deep bowl and add the eggs.
Step 2
Add cornstarch.
Step 3
Add baking soda.
Step 4
Season with salt to taste.
Step 5
Add erythritol.
Step 6
Whisk the mixture with a mixer.
Step 7
Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the mixture in portions onto the pan.
Step 8
When the pancake is browned, flip it and fry for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 9
Heat oil in the pan. Add finely chopped onion to the pan.
Step 10
Add coarsely chopped champignon mushrooms.
Step 11
After 3–4 minutes, add cream and stir. Reduce heat.
Step 12
After 2 minutes, season with salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Step 13
Add mayonnaise.
Step 14
Add cream cheese. Mix. After 2 minutes, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 15
Place the resulting filling on the pancake.
Step 16
Roll into rolls and serve.
