Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Erythritol - ½ tablespoon
- Ocean salt - a pinch
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Lightly Salted Red Fish - 2.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
- Pickles - 1.1 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon

Mix mayonnaise, mustard, finely chopped pickles, and lemon juice for the sauce.
Step 2
Crack 2 eggs into a deep bowl.

Add cream cheese.

Add erythritol.

Add sea salt.
