Ingredients
- Water - 3 qt
- Fish - 17.6 oz
- Green peppercorns - 4 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Celery salt - ½ piece
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Green Peas - 7.1 oz
- Potato - 4 pieces
- Parsley - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour water over the fish fillet, boil for 30 minutes together with 1 onion, celery, bay leaf, and black peppercorns.
Step 2
Strain the broth. Set the fish aside.
Step 3
Add diced potatoes; grate the carrot, and chop the onion.
Step 4
Sauté the carrot and onion in a small amount of oil.
Step 5
When the potatoes are almost ready, add salt, pepper, the fish, the sautéed mixture, and the peas.
Step 6
Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Step 7
Garnish with parsley.
