- Parsnip - 2 lbs
- Maple syrup - 2 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Peel the parsnips. Cut each one in half crosswise, then cut each half into 4-6 pieces. Transfer to a baking sheet.
Step 3
Drizzle with oil and mix well. Then pour over the maple syrup and place in the oven for about 35 minutes until tender and golden.
Step 4
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
