- Frozen green bean pods - 21.2 oz
- Fresh Mint - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Sour Cream - 3 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 3 teaspoons
- Water - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the frozen green peas to boiling water. After 10–15 minutes, remove the peas from heat and add a few sprigs of fresh mint, then blend everything into a puree using a blender. Pour the soup puree into bowls.
Step 2
Sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Garnish with mint leaves, drizzle with olive oil and sour cream.
