Description

The soup puree can be served with toasted rye bread.

Ingredients

  • Frozen green bean pods - 21.2 oz
  • Fresh Mint - 1 bunch
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Sour Cream - 3 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil - 3 teaspoons
  • Water - 1 qt

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Add the frozen green peas to boiling water. After 10–15 minutes, remove the peas from heat and add a few sprigs of fresh mint, then blend everything into a puree using a blender. Pour the soup puree into bowls.

Step 2

Sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Garnish with mint leaves, drizzle with olive oil and sour cream.
