  • Milk - 13 fl oz
  • Cheshire Cheese - 4.2 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Matsoni - 1 fl oz
  • Cilantro - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the peas in milk and blend until smooth, then cool, add flour, egg, salt, and pepper. The mixture should have a dough-like consistency.

Step 2

Shape the croquettes into 30-gram balls, placing 5 grams of cheese inside each ball.

Step 3

Fry in a large amount of oil and place on a paper towel.

Step 4

For the sauce, mix matsoni with chopped cilantro, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
