- Matsoni - 1 fl oz
- Cilantro - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the peas in milk and blend until smooth, then cool, add flour, egg, salt, and pepper. The mixture should have a dough-like consistency.
Step 2
