Ingredients

  • Pea shoots - 17.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Chicken Broth - 1 qt
  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Adjika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground clove - to taste
  • Ginger - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step 1

Soak the peas and leave for 2 hours.

Step 2

Pour the peas with broth and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Add a little water, onion, and add the peas. Cook for 30 minutes.
