Description

Ingredients
- Pea shoots - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Potato - 3.5 oz
- Peeled chestnuts - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the peas, rinse them, place them in a pot, cover with cold water, and cook until soft.
Step 2
Add peeled, rinsed, and coarsely chopped potato to the pot with peas.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter. Add to the soup.
Step 4
Toast the flour, dilute it with the broth, and add it to the soup as well.
Step 5
Add crushed walnut kernels, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Cook the soup until the potato is ready.
Step 7
When serving, add chopped herbs.
