Ingredients
- Smoked pork knuckle - 7.1 oz
- Snap Peas - 3.5 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Celery salt - 1.8 oz
- Bouillon cube - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the washed ribs in a pot and cover with water. Add the peas and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Reduce the heat.
Step 3
Finely chop the celery root and add it to the pot.
Step 4
Dice the potato and add it to the pot.
Step 5
Add the chopped onion, carrot, and parsley, sauté, and then add to the soup.
Step 6
Simmer for 30-40 minutes, add the bouillon cube, stir. Let it sit for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve in bowls.
