- Donut Peaches - 42.3 oz
- Sugar - 21.2 oz
- Lemon - 1.8 oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the peaches thoroughly and dry them slightly. Sterilize 0.5-liter jars using a convenient method.

Remove the pits and any excess from the peaches.
Step 4
Wash the lemon well and chop it as finely as possible.
Step 5
Place the chopped lemon in a pot with the peaches.
Step 6
Add 600 grams of sugar to the peaches.
Step 7
Leave the pot with peaches and sugar for about 30–40 minutes until the peaches release their juice.
Step 8
Put the pot with peaches on the heat, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally and skimming off the foam.
Step 9
After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool in the pot to room temperature. Repeat this process three more times.
Step 10
Bring the jam to a boil for the fifth time and pour it hot into the sterilized jars. Store the jam in a cool place.
