Ingredients
- White bread - 1 piece
- Pears - 2.8 oz
- Prosciutto - 4 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.1 oz
- Dorbly Cheese - 0.5 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Nut crumb - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the bread on a grill or dry skillet until a nice crispy crust forms.
Step 2
Spread cream cheese on the bread.
Step 3
Spread the cheese lightly over the bread.
Step 4
Cut the pear into large pieces.
Step 5
Place the pear on top of the cream cheese.
Step 6
Add thin slices of prosciutto or Parma ham to the pear.
Step 7
Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces.
Step 8
Add cheese on top of the sandwich.
Step 9
Drizzle the sandwich with honey and olive oil, then sprinkle with ground nuts.
