Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the stems from the arugula and tear the large leaves in half. Remove the peas from the pods.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a pot, add 3 tablespoons of water, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 8–15 minutes until the peas are tender.
