- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 1.1 oz
- Dill - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, place them in boiling water and cook for 1 minute, then remove and cool, draining any excess water.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the minced garlic, chopped herbs, mayonnaise, and mix well.
Step 3
Stuff the prepared peppers tightly with the cheese mixture, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
When serving, slice the peppers crosswise into rounds about 1 cm thick. You can place each round on a piece of dark bread and garnish with herbs.
