  • Cinnamon - 2 pieces
  • Star anise - 4 pieces
  • Coriander essential oil - 2 spoons
  • Mustard Greens - 2 spoons
  • Brown Sugar - 14.1 oz
  • Champagne Vinegar - 8 fl oz
  • Water - 8 fl oz
  • Red Grape Juice - 8 fl oz
  • Rock Salt - 1½ spoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 20 minutes.
