Ingredients

  • Ground Okra Flour - 15.9 oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Chili Pepper - 1 piece
  • Wine Vinegar - 16 fl oz
  • Salt - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard seeds - 1½ tablespoons
  • Fennel Seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Black peppercorns - 8 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine the okra, garlic, dill, and chili in a sterilized 2-liter glass jar; set aside.

Step 2

In a pot, combine the vinegar, salt, both types of seeds, black pepper, and 1¾ cups of water; bring to a boil, stirring until the salt dissolves.

Step 3

Pour into the jar, seal with a lid, and cool to room temperature; store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
