  • Anchovies - 10 pieces
  • Parsley - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 6 cloves
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 10.6 oz
  • Quail Egg - 40 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil 35–40 eggs and peel them. Finely chop the parsley.

Step 2

Mix tomato sauce (any sweet variety), salt, sugar, and vinegar.

Step 3

Add the eggs, anchovies (a jar of anchovies in oil), parsley, olive oil, and minced garlic. Mix everything and place it in a jar.

Step 4

Let it sit for 12 hours.
