Pickled Tomatoes with Peppers

Ingredients

  • Black peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes - 7 pieces
  • Pickled chili peppers - 8 pieces
  • Bay leaves - 4 pieces
  • Dill - 4 sprigs
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Wine Vinegar - 8 fl oz
  • Coarse Salt - 2½ teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the pepper, tomatoes, chili peppers, bay leaves, dill, and garlic in a 2-liter jar. Bring the vinegar, salt, sugar, and 300 ml of water to a boil; stir until the salt and sugar dissolve.

Step 2

Pour the marinade over the prepared vegetables. Close with a lid and let cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
