- Pickled chili peppers - 8 pieces
- Bay leaves - 4 pieces
- Dill - 4 sprigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Wine Vinegar - 8 fl oz
- Coarse Salt - 2½ teaspoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Place the pepper, tomatoes, chili peppers, bay leaves, dill, and garlic in a 2-liter jar. Bring the vinegar, salt, sugar, and 300 ml of water to a boil; stir until the salt and sugar dissolve.
Step 2
Pour the marinade over the prepared vegetables. Close with a lid and let cool. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
