- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Chicken fillet - 7.9 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Roll out the dough and cut it into 4 squares, each 18 cm on each side. Cover and set aside. Mix the filling, mushrooms, onion, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Place the filling on the dough squares, leaving a 2.5 cm border. Brush the edges of the dough with egg, fold the squares diagonally to form triangles. Transfer the pies to a greased baking sheet. Prick the tops with a fork to allow steam to escape. Brush with the remaining egg.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 392°F and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
