  • Shallot - 0.7 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Finely chop the shallot onion.

Place the caviar in a bowl or mixer bowl, add the chopped onion.

Using a whisk attachment, start whipping the caviar while slowly pouring in the oil.
