  • Canned Lychee in Syrup - 19.8 oz
  • Mint Leaves - 0.6 oz
  • Peach Juice - 1 qt
  • Ice - to taste
  • Ginger Green Wine - 25 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Transfer to a blender and add the lychee halves without syrup and mint leaves. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher.

Step 2

Add the pineapple juice, ginger ale, and ice. Serve immediately.
