Description
In this recipe, you can add lemon or lime juice, but if you have a sweet pineapple, the acidity of the rhubarb will balance the sweetness of the pineapple.

- Pineapple - 0.3 pieces
- Beans - 1 piece
- Freshly squeezed orange juice - 8 fl oz
- Rhubarb - 2 stalks
- Fresh Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Juice the oranges or use store-bought pulp-containing juice.
Step 2
Peel the pineapple (about 1/3 of a large one) and remove the core.
Step 3
Trim the tough ends off the rhubarb stalks and chop them coarsely.
Step 4
Peel the banana and cut it into medium pieces.
Step 5
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for about 5 minutes at maximum speed.
Step 6
If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding more juice and blend again.
Step 7
Serve garnished with mint leaves.
