- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 3.5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Vermicelli - 3.5 oz
- Celery salt - 3 stalks
- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Chicken Broth - 2 qt
- Baking Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Canned Baby Beets - 14.1 oz
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté lightly crushed garlic cloves in olive oil.
Step 2
Add the carrots and celery to the garlic and sauté for two minutes. Then, add the onion and potatoes and cook for another three minutes. Toss in the bay leaf, pour in the broth, and simmer for five minutes.
Step 3
Add the green beans and vermicelli, then after three minutes, add the tomatoes and white beans. Cook for another minute, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the blended cheese and basil.
