  • Port Wine - 1 tablespoon
  • Raisins - 3 tablespoons
  • Cream - 4 tablespoons
  • Plums - 12 pieces

Step 1

Place the Roquefort in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the nuts, raisins, wine or sherry, and cream — mix everything into a thick paste.

Step 2

Carefully cut the plums lengthwise, remove the pits, and fill the cavity with the cheese paste. Close the plums and secure them with toothpicks. Then place them on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
