Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
  • Canned tuna in its own juice - 5.3 oz
  • Pickled capers - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salted anchovies in oil - 5 pieces
  • Poultry - 17.6 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the tonnato sauce, drain the liquid from the can of tuna.

Step 2

Place the mayonnaise, capers, tuna, anchovies, and 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour this mixture over the coarsely chopped chilled boiled chicken and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5

Serve, garnished with fresh dill.
