- Fennel - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Pollock fillet - 15.9 oz
- Dill - 0.5 oz
- Crème fraîche - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large pot, melt the butter. Add the peeled and diced potato and finely chopped fennel. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Add the flour, mix, and slowly incorporate the milk while stirring. Cook for another 5-6 minutes until the potato is tender.
Step 2
Add the fish cut into small pieces and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Add the finely chopped dill and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and before serving, add lemon juice.
