Description

For this recipe, it is best to choose pork belly that is as lean as possible, preferably pieces with more meat layers.

Ingredients

  • Salted pork belly - 30 oz
  • Creamy Horseradish - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Mixed Ground Peppers - ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic chips - 1 teaspoon
  • Sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

Place the horseradish in a deep bowl and squeeze the juice from the lemon piece.
