For this recipe, it is best to choose pork belly that is as lean as possible, preferably pieces with more meat layers.
Ingredients
- Salted pork belly - 30 oz
- Creamy Horseradish - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers - ½ teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic chips - 1 teaspoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Place the horseradish in a deep bowl and squeeze the juice from the lemon piece.

Add salt and pepper.

Add paprika and garlic powder.

Add sumac.

Then season with ground ginger.

Mix well.

Add mustard oil and mix again.

Thoroughly coat the meat with the resulting sauce on all sides and place it in foil.

Wrap it up and send it to a preheated oven at 374°F for 30 minutes. After half an hour, reduce the temperature to 320°F and bake for another 1.5 hours.

Cool the meat without unwrapping the foil. Once it is completely cool, place it in the refrigerator (still wrapped) for at least 3 hours.
