- Beef Cheeks - 2 lbs
- Garlic - 5 cloves

Thoroughly rinse the pork cheeks, clean the skin with a knife (you can remove the skin).
Step 2
Rub the pork cheeks with salt and place them in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Step 3
Slice the garlic into thin pieces and chop the herbs finely.
Step 4
Rub the pork cheeks with spices, sprinkle with garlic and herbs.
Step 5
Tightly roll the pork cheeks into a roll, tie with string, and wrap in foil.
Step 6
Place the roll in the oven and bake for 2 hours.
Step 7
Then remove the foil, drain the fat that has dripped from the roll. Cool and place in the refrigerator overnight, only then remove the strings.
