Pork Cheeseburger with Avocado and Cilantro
Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Pork Mince - 17.6 oz
- Cheese Spread - 4 slices
- Sesame bun - 4 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 4 teaspoons
- Avocado - ½ piece
- Cilantro - ¼ bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the gas grill to medium heat.
Step 2
Mix the ground pork with garlic, salt, and pepper. Form four patties.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil onto a hot baking sheet, place the meat on it, and put it on the grill. After 2 minutes, flip the meat and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Cover the cooked patties, still on the baking sheet, with slices of cheese (preferably using cheese for hot sandwiches) and return to the grill for 1-2 minutes until the cheese slightly melts but does not start to run.
Step 5
Slice the burger buns in half and assemble 4 cheeseburgers from the 8 halves by layering mayonnaise on the bottom half, followed by the meat with cheese, tomato slices, avocado slices, and coarsely chopped cilantro leaves. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
