- Clarified Butter - 1.8 oz
- Wild Boar Fillet - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Green pickled tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Chili jam - 8 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - 4 fl oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
- Canned Truffles - 1 can
- Pickled garlic - 1 can
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dry White Wine - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into cubes and sauté in clarified butter.
Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the bitter and sweet peppers.
Step 3
Add the peppers along with the garlic and onion to the meat and simmer. Also add the pineapples, mushrooms, and pickled onion to the meat.
Step 4
Pour in the broth, wine, and chili sauce. Bring to a boil. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Cut the pickled tomatoes into wedges and add to the soup 10 minutes before it's done.
Step 5
Season the finished dish with spices to taste and serve with a white French baguette.
