- Pork tenderloin - 31.7 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 1.8 oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- Mint - 0.7 oz
- 9% Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Bread Kvass - 23 fl oz
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the bones from the pork loin, stuff it with garlic and onion, sprinkle with ground pepper, rub with salt, place in a ceramic or enamel dish, pour over the mixture of bread kvass and vinegar, add dried mint and bay leaf, and let it marinate in the cold for 12 hours.
Step 2
Then remove the pork loin, pat it dry, place it on a baking sheet, and cook in the oven at 356°F until done.
Step 3
Allow the finished pork to cool, slice it, and serve with parsley.
