Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 22.9 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - ½ teaspoon
- Starch film - 1½ teaspoons
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 1 tablespoon
- Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Water - ½ cup
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the meat through a meat grinder, add sautéed cumin, flour, starch, egg, salt, pepper, cream, and mix well.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into three parts, roll each out, place finely chopped cheese and carrots in the middle, and pinch the edges to form a roll.
Step 3
Place each roll separately on greased plastic wrap, tightly wrap it, and tie the ends.
Step 4
Then place the rolls on a baking sheet, pour water over them, and put them in the oven for about 40 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the finished rolls, remove the strings and plastic wrap, and slice the product.
