- Pork Blood - 8.8 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste

Remove excess fat from the piece of pork.
Step 2
Cut into thin strips.
Step 3
Place the strips on a dry, hot skillet.
Step 4
Once the bottom side is browned, flip them over.
Step 5
Season with white pepper. Reduce heat to medium.
Step 6
After a couple of minutes, stir and season with black pepper.
Step 7
After a minute, stir and add salt.
Step 8
Add chili pepper.
Step 9
After a couple of minutes, transfer to napkins if there is excess grease.
Step 10
When the strips cool slightly, transfer to a serving plate.
