Ingredients
- Spices - to taste
- Pork tenderloin - 10.6 oz
- Honey - 1.1 oz
- Mustard Greens - 0.5 oz
- Malt Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Pickles - to taste
- Pickled pearl onions - 1.8 oz
- White bread - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the pork tenderloin, coat it in spices, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Wrap it in foil and bake for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cool the cooked tenderloin. You can refrigerate it for use the next day.
Step 4
Cut the tenderloin into cubes, 3x3 cm or larger, but 'one bite' size.
Step 5
For the sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of honey, 0.5 teaspoons of mustard, 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 6
Dip the tenderloin cubes in the sauce and assemble the canapés in the following order: bread (can be toasted), a slice of pickle, a cube of meat, and a pearl onion.
