Description

Portobello mushrooms have giant caps that can hold nearly an entire 'Cookbook of Delicious and Healthy Food.' If you don't have these mushrooms on hand, you can use less spacious button mushrooms instead. If using regular button mushrooms instead of portobello, determine the quantity based on the size of the caps. If the cap is very small, you can chop the mushrooms finely, disregarding the perfect shape, sauté them, and mix with tomatoes, peppers, onions, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Porcini Mushrooms - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Tomatoes - ½ pieces
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Mild Chili Spice - ½ pieces
  • Spanish onions - ¼ pieces
  • Ciabatta - ¼ pieces
  • Banana Leaves - 3 pieces
  • Truffle Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Emmental cheese - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and half of the tomato. It’s best to peel the tomato beforehand.

Step 2

Grill the mushroom cap with olive oil for about three minutes.

Step 3

Combine finely chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, onion, and chopped red chili pepper.

Step 4

Serve on bread with cheese, lettuce leaves, sauce, and a mushroom, drizzling a few drops of truffle oil over the sandwich filling.
