Ingredients
- Porcini Mushrooms - 2 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 15 pieces
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Basil - ½ teaspoon
- Pistachios - ½ cup
- Toasted Sesame - ¼ cup
- Mineral water - 1 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the olives into thin rings, then quarter them.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms lengthwise into thin rings. Be very careful not to damage the pieces.
Step 3
Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of olive marinade, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, and basil.
Step 4
Carefully place the mushrooms in the marinade, ensuring that they are completely covered.
Step 5
In a blender, combine the nuts, sesame seeds, mineral water, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sea salt, garlic, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
Step 6
On a plate, place 1 slice of mushroom, then a spoonful of the cream. Sprinkle with a small amount of chopped olives and green onions. Repeat the same on another plate. Then return to the first plate and add another layer of the same. Make 3 layers on each plate. Top with a slice of mushroom.
Step 7
Sprinkle green onions on top and around. Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and olive marinade.
