Ingredients
- Cilantro - 0 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Water - 50 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- White bread - 15 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Chop the garlic.
Step 3
Finely chop the cilantro.
Step 4
Then transfer them to a mortar, add salt, pepper, and mash until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
Step 5
Add olive oil and stir.
Step 6
Bring the water to a gentle boil and add a pinch of salt. Crack an egg into a small bowl or cup, keeping the yolk intact. Carefully slide the egg from the bowl into the boiling water and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Then, use a slotted spoon to remove the poached egg. Likewise, cook the remaining eggs.
Step 8
Cut the bread into large pieces and mix it with the green garlic mixture. Then pour in the water used to boil the eggs.
Step 9
Ladle the thick bread soup into bowls, placing a poached egg in each one.
Step 10
Garnish with pepper, cilantro leaves, and drops of olive oil.
