- Breadcrumbs - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Creamy frosting - 7.1 oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 qt

Step by Step guide

Peel and boil the potatoes, then mash them into a puree. Season with grated cheese, finely chopped spicy sausage, salt, and add rice flour. Incorporate cubed, pre-dried mozzarella cheese, and then add the egg yolks.

Mix everything well and shape the mixture into your desired form of croquettes. Gradually squeeze the puree from the bag to form cylinders about 5–7 cm long, dip them in beaten egg, and coat them in breadcrumbs, repeating this process twice.

Then fry in a large amount of oil in a skillet preheated to 356°F for about 2 minutes.

Next, place on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture, transfer to a plate, and serve with cheese cream.
