Potato Dumplings with Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 35.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Garlic - 1 head
- Cheese Spread - 8.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil - 1 qt
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
Step 2
Grate the cheese.
Step 3
Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them.
Step 4
Add the eggs and cheese to the mash. Mix well.
Step 5
Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 6
Pour sunflower oil into a deep fryer or a thick-bottomed pot.
Step 7
Form small balls (to make it easier to roll the dough, dip each piece in flour).
Step 8
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 9
For the sauce: peel and crush the garlic, chop the parsley, add sunflower oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 10
Drizzle the dumplings with the sauce — and they are ready to serve.
