  • Milk - 11 fl oz
  • Parsley - 1⅕ bunches
  • Sour Cream - 3 teaspoons
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Pike Caviar - 3 teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes, then grate them on a coarse grater. Add milk, egg, flour, and finely chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together.

Step 2

Spoon the mixture onto a preheated skillet with vegetable oil.

Step 3

Fry for two minutes on each side over medium heat.

Step 4

Transfer to a prepared plate.

Step 5

Top the pancakes with a spoonful of sour cream and a spoonful of caviar.

Step 6

Garnish with parsley leaves.
