- Parsley - 1⅕ bunches
- Sour Cream - 3 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Pike Caviar - 3 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, then grate them on a coarse grater. Add milk, egg, flour, and finely chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Spoon the mixture onto a preheated skillet with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Fry for two minutes on each side over medium heat.
