Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 15.9 oz
- Green Papaya - 2.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, place them in a pot, and add salt. Pour boiling water over them until the liquid covers the tubers, and cook for 8 minutes. Drain the water and dry the potatoes.
Step 2
Finely chop the cabbage, blanch it in boiling water, shake off excess water, and dry.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely. Season with salt and pepper, add the grated cheese and cabbage, and mix well. Form into patties and coat in flour.
Step 4
Melt the butter, add the olive oil, and brush this mixture onto both sides of the patties.
Step 5
Place the patties on a hot baking sheet and bake at 428°F: 15 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other.
